ASAHI SUPER DRY × HISHAM AKIRA BHAROOCHA: THE INFINITE CAN

The challenge

Asahi Super Dry’s “Seek What Is Unique” platform makes a specific promise: nothing about the brand repeats itself. Havas wanted an out-of-home campaign that lived up to that promise literally — not a hero image looping on a screen, but advertising that changed every time someone looked at it. That meant building a system capable of generating genuinely new creative continuously across a week-long takeover, without drifting from the artistic sensibility the campaign was built around, and without asking an artist to hand-produce hundreds of individual designs.

The solution

Havas brought in Japanese-born artist Hisham Akira Bharoocha to anchor the campaign’s visual identity, and Prose on Pixels to build the engine that would let his sensibility scale. Rather than training a system to mimic Bharoocha’s style, we built the Asahi Fusion Designer on our Vermeer.ai production framework — an orchestration tool programmed to decode sentiment, finding the themes, textures and connections that run through his work and recombining them into new, faithful compositions rather than pattern-matching brushstrokes. Bharoocha stayed embedded throughout, curating the source material the system drew on and approving every output before it went live. The result was The Infinite Can: over 400 unique can designs generated across the takeover, each one distinct, each one recognisably his. The campaign extended well beyond the initial takeover, with a 3D hero can rolled out across further outdoor placements and supporting social and online video content spanning many months — giving Asahi a content system that kept producing fresh creative long after the launch moment had passed. The project also marks the flagship work of Prose on Pixels’ newly announced role as Havas’ global AI creative agency: proof, at full brand scale, of what that partnership is built to do.
